Important Update for Our US Customers

Update: 10 September 2025. 

Australia Post to resume shipping services by 25 September 2025. Rider SZN has re-opened the website for all US customers, and we will be shipping all parcels by this date. 

We appreciate your patience and support in these times of change.

As of 29 August 2025:
Australia Post have temporarily suspended all shipping services into the US following the introduction of tariffs into the US, which require duties to be paid prior to entering the country. This response is in-line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team at hello@riderszn.com.

Due to recent changes in US import tariffs and the temporary suspension of some Australia Post international services, you may experience delays or increased costs when ordering from RIDER SZN if you’re based in the United States.
