Important Update for Our Canadian Customers

Update: 8 October 2025. 

Due to national union strike action commenced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on 25 September 2025 (Canada Eastern Time), Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending items to Canada. 

As a result, Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of Monday, 29 September 2025.

Once services to Canada resume, Canada Post will process and deliver items as quickly as possible. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post works to manage the volume and stabilise operations.

We will continue to keep you informed as the situation develops. 

What this means for you: 
Rider SZN will still allow Canadian customers to purchase from our site, however please expect delays. All customers will receive an email notifying them of these updates.
