How do Rider SZN Pre-sales work?
When you place a pre-sale order with Rider SZN, it means you are purchasing an item that is currently not available to ship. Rider SZN pre-sales are NOT "made to order". We have/are producing a specific number of units unless otherwise specified.
When you place a pre-sale order, you're securing your item before we receive it at our warehouse. For every RiderSZN clothing drop, we produce a limited number of extra units to help with sizing exchanges once pre-orders are shipped. Please note that Rider SZN will announce our pre-sale dates only once clear customer delivery timelines are determined.
After that, any remaining pieces may be released to the public, but there’s no guarantee your size or preferred style will be available.
We always recommend pre-ordering to lock in your size or allocation. It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Pre-sale T&C's
By placing a pre-order for any Rider SZN item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pre-Sale Overview
- This is a pre-sale, meaning the item(s) are not yet in stock.
- Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Rider SZN cancels the order.
3. Changes & Cancellations
- You may request to modify your order until the pre-sale close date.
- After this period, all sales are final.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping will commence once production is complete.
- Additional items purchased with the pre-sale items will be delivered together in one package. No split shipments.
- Rider SZN is not responsible for delays due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated with customers.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Orders can also be tracked via the track order link on the website.
5. Returns / Exchanges
- For garment pre-sales, exchanges will be subject to sizing availability. Rider SZN will hold a small quantity of items to assist exchanges, however these items will be released 2 weeks after all pre-sale items have been sent.
- If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@riderszn.com ASAP within 3 days of delivery to ensure stock is available to an exchange.
