How do Rider SZN Pre-sales work?
When you place a pre-sale order with Rider SZN, it means you are purchasing an item that is currently not available to ship. Rider SZN pre-sales are NOT "made to order". We have/are producing a specific number of units unless otherwise specified.
When you place a pre-sale order, you're securing your item before we receive it at our warehouse. For every RiderSZN clothing drop, we produce a limited number of extra units to help with sizing exchanges once pre-orders are shipped. Please note that Rider SZN will announce our pre-sale dates only once clear customer delivery timelines are determined.
After that, any remaining pieces may be released to the public, but there’s no guarantee your size or preferred style will be available.
We always recommend pre-ordering to lock in your size or allocation. It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Pre-sale T&C's
By placing a pre-order for any Rider SZN item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pre-Sale Overview
- This is a pre-sale, meaning the item(s) are not yet in stock.
- Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Rider SZN cancels the order.
3. Changes & Cancellations
- You may request to modify your order until the pre-sale close date.
- After this period, all sales are final.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping will commence once production is complete.
- Additional items purchased with the pre-sale items will be delivered together in one package. No split shipments.
- Rider SZN is not responsible for delays due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated with customers.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Orders can also be tracked via the track order link on the website.
5. Returns / Exchanges
- For garment pre-sales, exchanges will be subject to sizing availability. Rider SZN will hold a small quantity of items to assist exchanges, however these items will be released 2 weeks after all pre-sale items have been sent.
- If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@riderszn.com ASAP within 3 days of delivery to ensure stock is available to an exchange.

I love this bag it’s the perfect size and very comfy and I have been looking for a great leg bag like this that’s good material. Only thing is I had no idea there was an option to get a smaller strap, maybe I’d suggest making that bigger on the website. Also I didn’t have the thigh strap super tight just average and as I was riding it undid and got stuck in my chain guard, thankfully it was just the guard but I lost the magnet and it’s a little chewed up that is the only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars and not 5, the strap unclipping is very dangerous I also have only had this bag for a week

Just for completeness, please ensure that the adjustment buckle on the leg strap is in an unobstructed position before riding. If the adjustment buckle is sat on or in constant contact with the seat, or even against the belt loop it can slowly undo with movement. We will use this experience to help future proof our leg bag going forward. Ride Safe!

In love! It is exactly as described online. I can see me using it as a everyday bag in-between rides.
The quality is amazing! You can tell so much thought has gone into the final product, and the expandable section tucks nicely away when not required. Even the inside colour option makes it stand out from many others I looked at.
Being able to flip it to a crossbody bag is epic!
So so close to being a 5 Star product, my only real issue is the magnetic clasp at the back of the bag, its not strong enough mine liked to unclip, but other then that, its cute and functional.

The magnetic clip on the back of the bag is only to keep the waist loop flap in place when you’re using it as a cross body and isn’t recommended for the leg bag. The waist belt should go through the stitched part of the waist belt flap. There should have been a card to notify you of this on the product, but we apologize if this wasn’t clear enough. We’ve included pictures on the site to clarify this and the team have reached out via email to help you get the most out of your leg bag. :)

So far I've only gone on a couple of rides with this like background right now. It seems pretty good. I bought this to replace a previous leg bag that I returned because it started to tear ar the bottom after only 2 months. Ask me again in 6 months if I still like this bag and I will give a better review.
Great looking and super functional design. Have been on the hunt for the right leg bag for years - wanted something that looked slim but held more than a lip balm and wallet, and this one is perfect! Holds a lot more than you think (even when not expanded). Also their customer service is also top notch!
Does it’s job and is super good quality down to even the small details. Is very comfortable and the expansion feature is very handy. Is also super insulated and kept my drink nice and cold even after hours of riding.

Fantastic Bag!
I have used this bag a handful of times now since it arrived and it has been nothing short of amazing! It took me a little while to figure out how the bag was meant to clip on, but it made more sense when looking at the images on the website.
I've had multiple comments on the bag since wearing it out about it's sturdiness, the size and the design. I love it very much! My only thing is to ensure future buyers know that when the bag is still compressed, you do have less space to accommodate the fabric from the expansion. When the bag is compressed though, I can comfortably fit my phone, bike keys, car keys, garage remote opener, earbuds and the other random things I pick up, with plenty of room to spare. It does NOT mean the bag is not sizeable as is, just something to be aware of 😊
Other than that, I don't have a single complaint. It is comfortable to wear, I don't feel any kind of pinching on my thighs or waist, it is easy to ride and walk around in and now that the zips are less stiff after use, everything works an absolute treat.
