How do Rider SZN Pre-sales work?
When you place a pre-sale order with Rider SZN, it means you are purchasing an item that is currently not available to ship. Rider SZN pre-sales are NOT "made to order". We have/are producing a specific number of units.
When you place a pre-sale order, you're securing your item before we receive it at our warehouse. For every RiderSZN clothing drop, we produce a limited number of extra units to help with sizing exchanges once pre-orders are shipped.
After that, any remaining pieces may be released to the public — but there’s no guarantee your size will be available.
We always recommend pre-ordering to lock in your size or allocation. It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Pre-sale T&C's
By placing a pre-order for any RiderSzn item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pre-Sale Overview
- This is a pre-sale, meaning the item(s) are not yet in stock.
- Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Rider SZN cancels the order.
3. Changes & Cancellations
- You may request to modify your order until the pre-sale close date.
- After this period, all sales are final.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping will commence once production is complete.
- Additional items purchased with the armoured hoodie will be delivered in one package.
- RiderSzn is not responsible for delays due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated with customers.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Orders can also be tracked via the track order link on the website.
5. Returns / Exchanges
- For garment pre-sales, exchanges will be subject to sizing availability. Rider SZN will hold a small quantity of items to assist exchanges, however these items will be released 2 weeks after all pre-sale items have been sent.
- If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@riderszn.com ASAP within 3 days of delivery to ensure stock is available to an exchange.
